The Importance of Trauma Informed Services

At least 67% of people in general, not even the clinical population, just general population have experienced an adverse childhood experience. We do need to be aware of trauma informed services or a trauma informed lens. Safety comes from being trustworthy, being reliable, being able to show your supervisee. And walking them through that so that you're not just seen as this powerful authority figure.
