How to Set Prompts for Habits

The prompts can be something visual that you establish in your environment, but sometimes you become blind to them. But more powerfully, if you use an existing routine, like turning off the shower or starting the coffee maker and brushing, you always do them. After I turn off the shower, the next line of code is then stretch my hamstrings. It's this then that. And so that is a way to figure out what is the right prompt for this habit.
