I think your ego has got like a little playlist that is just freaking. And I bet the more ego-centric you are, the less phrases you have and the more powerful they are. The whole point behind that is if you don't know what your ego is trying to do to you, which really is to protect you, but it's for all the right reasons and all the wrong ways, you have to learn. You have to open your own mind to hear what's going on in there.
