I think, whenever possibley, i try to go with the lighter weight approach of just not having a framework. The more stake holders you have, the more helpful some bof thy's frameworks are. I'm ordered to simplify and say that is this one person making the call. Just making that clear, and then you can reduce the need for having to go through this matrix decisions. That's my o, my biggest, the biggest component of it is just thinking strategically.
