Perin is either up to something or he wants to help and she's not letting him in. Or perhaps he just thinks that she's cheating on him with Tay. He's getting suspicious that they might be having an affair. When she walks away after they were standing in front of the window and talking to that other couple, we see on her face sort of a look of a little bit of grimness,. The acting that these actors are doing is incredible. They're telling Mon Mothma's arc as well.
