The Sleep Cascade Is a KPI

If somebody's melatonin is less than 18 they have gut dysfunction that's something I've absolutely identified as a KPI and one of the reasons a lot of people don't know there's actually 400 times more melatonin in our gut than there is within the pineal gland in the brain. Stress hormones run antagonistic with anything inhibitory because stress is always seen as survival so from an evolutionary biology perspective if there's a saber to tiger in front of us it's probably a bad time to go to sleep.
