Chomian Imins is a centralised mint with one operator. It allows you to send e-tokens into the mint without knowing who's getting them. The concept could be an incredible solution to the privacy problem within Bitcoin, particularly on-chain with the UTXO history. But there are some criteria for us and for the other guardians who are interested in this.
