What's the Best Way to Learn?

In the world of cooking, I tend to look at individuals that are trying to learn this profession as who were jumping in and tackling the hardest thing. And they're the people that almost always wind up being the best chefs because they have the grit and the determination. We've had Angela Duckworth on this podcast and I'm really trying to figure out better ways to teach that - it's a celebration of suffering.
