"Land captures all the residual value created by all economics and if you really go think about it something gets manufactured somewhere everything is tied to a piece of land," he says. "The person that owns that land or the building that the land sits on at that time ultimately will capture the value created by whatever it's used for" Harvard was that a 2018 thing for you did you start in 2018 uh yeahYeah why did you decide to uh go to Harvard just to keep up with the market?
