The president repeated the same lie that american families have less debt and more savings than when he took office, even though that's not the case. He also repeated the lie that he is cutting the deficit, and so fore inflation can't be a result of his deficit spending,. Even if he is reducing the deficits, he's reducing them from an enormous level that was unprecedented because it happened during the height of the covet bale outs. It's still a huge deficit, which is adding to the inflation problem. You just can't make an enormous deficit less enormous and claim that you're not part of the problem. We need to eliminate the deficit. If we really want to fight inflation
