During a time of tragic loss with the fires raging in Los Angeles, Pastor Erwin McManus brought a dynamic message helping us see God’s presence in the middle of it all.   In the Scriptures, he points out that we often have a multitude of questions for God during crisis. We ask him why he doesn’t stop tragedy from happening and where he is when we’re suffering.   But instead of answering us, God comes with his own questions that challenge us to take responsibility in moments of hardship.    God asks us who he will send into the fire to be a place of refuge for others.  He asks us who will have the courage to move toward the crisis.  He asks us to go and be the hands and feet of Jesus.    As Mosaic, we are responding with urgency to the call.
