Dr. Asplow: We cannot just focus on the victim standing up in assertiveness skills. That approach by itself will not help us, and as adults in this country need to accept responsibility for making these schools more safe. 30% of bullying still happens in the schools; 3 to 4% through the internet. It's escalating. They're now following them home through their computer. You can't escape it if you're a victim in the schools.
