There are regulations around insider shares called rule one forty four. They exist on the stock markets, but they don't exist for our market. We decided to put these in place because we wanted to create a market place that gives confidence to investors. Is there insider trading with equey crowd funding on the secondary market? I think technically it's possible. And i think if you put the whole thing together, the idea that you can now be a small business and do what the big guys do on the stock market, i think it's incredible.
