The Experience of Facilitating in Columbia
i've worked in columbia on and off for a long time, including facilitating among the armed actors during the height of the civil war. The group was typical of a rios group in that included people from across the whole system. There was a lot of hesitation, and people didn't want any photographs taken cause they didn't want it to be known who they were talking to. It was an extraordinary meeting in one sense; but if you took a video of the meeting, it would look very familiar to you.
