Women CEOs - Is There a Culture of Learning?
i know that i, as a woman, am held to higher standards. I'm like one of the only women in senior leadership at tech crunch. We have a really diverse team, and they're all great. There's tons of trust. But i do often feel like i’m the one who has to have the apathetic conversation with someone,. Like, i oly understand, you know what i mean? It's bus that it happens. No one gives us rigt. Do i rit like bad behaviour? Ind slack, for instance, is one of the things or mathing, like being like, demanding.
