The Design Phase Is the Most Critical Phase of the Project
In a large part of this process or is going to be conducted by the implementation vendor, but there is fair amount that the client has to do at their end as well. In my mind's eye, when i think about an eye manage project, and i think about the phases that are important, really the design phase is the most critical. It's almost like if you're building a house or constructing a building. If you don't have your blue prints right...you're building a recipe for failure.
