Is Inflation Only a Monetary Phenomenon?
Milton Friedman says inflation is only a monetary phenomenon. But he doesn't look at all the non-monetary causes of inflation, such as oil and food prices rising in response to sanctions against Russia. He's not saying that because he particularly cares about the unions. The pretense is that it's so far, it's all labor's fault.
