The Irony of Virginia Dair

Vdair is named after Virginia Dair, said to be the first British child born in what is now the United States. She was born in the Roanoke Colony in 1587 and no one knows what happened to it. One of the prominent theories is that they were killed by a local tribe. V-Dair celebrates her legacy but also has its own obsession with persecution for being white.
