John: I find myself wanting to address not the rudeness, but the lack of response from the staff there. Dan: It might be worth looking for a manager or someone who's got maybe a little more authority on the floor. John: You don't think that just because this person has spilled over that you have a right to be rude to them about interrupting their workout.
