How to Structure a Poem

I was thinking of it a little bit as jazz, you know, you're kind of here's a way of playing with the theme. And I think I don't remember what my earliest poem was where I did that. Then I didn't do it again for a decade or so. And then on occasion, I do it again. Somehow the poem invites it. And then I structure it that way. So there are questions you're asking kind of, which are often like, this is what I was reaching for aesthetically to make the poem coalesce for me. But at least it's the answer I have.
