Building Relativity in a Violent Environment

Crag: Violence is part of human nature, we can't live in an environment without conflicts. We have to recognize that the violent person is still a person, and there's a reason behind what it is that they're doing in that moment. But for the person who is perhaps on the receiving end of the violence, or the personwho is trying to stop the violent behaviour,. ah, itis really difficult for us to maintain our composure in that situation. And so when you talk about building raport under these circumstances, how can somebody build raport when they are dealing with somebody who is acting violently?
