The Prophets and the Period of Exile
Jeffrey Toobin: The Word of God is living and effective. We're going to enter into the words of the prophets in a really unique way because we're going through all of Isaiah, all the Ezekiel, all of Jeremiah and all the minor prophets as well. And so when you're reading the prophets, don't read them as speaking just to Judah. Read them as speaking to you in your life. Today, are you in Babylon? Are you back in Jerusalem? Do you desire Jerusalem? Listen to the prophets from your own perspective and take note of what God is saying to you.
