All of Creation Is the Work of Love
The world was created for the glory of God, says Dei Philius. Saint Bonaventure explains that God created all things not to increase His glory, but to short forth and to communicate it. The last couple notes that are made in this section we are reading today is that God creates out of nothing. He did not need any preexistent material or anything or any help whatsoever in order to create. And so again, as we look at all creation, let this be a sign of God's love for you.
