You then go into the reasons so you've done your research and you would say based on the market what I've been earning standard of living other opportunities that I've been looking at goals I've set for myself Essentially anything that you've been researching and finding out about this role that's where you put in based on my research. Finally, if you want to make more than $70,000 within the next 12 months like this is what I want my salary to be  you can even add 20, 30, 40 grand on top of it as a way to follow up.
