The Importance of Respect in the Workplace
I had this high in the sky notion that this would be a company where everybody made the same. If I had to do it over, I might try harder to keep that. Everybody has that potential and you're not going to say to somebody, you know, you're just going to be a lumper for the rest of your life. Every single office is run by somebody who started off day one as an entry level mover. We don't have anybody that I'm not saying couldn't happen in that that might be a time when the right person would show up.
