The book talks about the process for building the strength finder. The trick is to find the right wording of a question and generate an answer that only people with that strength would come up with. Even if they measure the skill, they have to be thrown out if they don't predict the desired skill. You cannot tell me that any of the other quizzes that we have taken, and the majority of the books that we read will match this level of scrutiny.
