How to Sell a Hotel in the UK
There's so much more tax efficiencies in commercial property and trading businesses than there are in residential properties. James Sinclair says he will be wanting to buy a minimum of a 20 bedroom hotel and close to 55 rooms for his new home. He adds that Dana shouldn't trust her restaurant because they're all too small now the 2835 space she has is not scalable.
