The Elder Packet and the Elders

There were seasons in which we felt staff, non-staffed dynamics at play. And one of the reasons for the elder packet was to address that. I think sometimes the lay elders can feel that they're not in the know because the staff elders have really been talking among themselves about these issues all week long.
