Stryker and the Nazi Party

Stryker is the head of Gao Lighter for Franconia, which is the region that Nuremberg is in. He's not actually responsible for anything but can step in anywhere and force his will wherever he wants. Stryker combined elements of a dictator who would brook no opposition with those of the lover of chaos. This inability to fit into an organization, even his own, was his greatest weakness as goulider.
