The Importance of One Set to Failure

Mike did one set the failure for most of his exercises. He got crazy later on, where he was like training muscle group once every like 27 days or something like that. But if you look at some of his other other early stuff, he was pretty close to kind of what we talked about in terms of focus on one or two good sets. So and then Doreen took that and really like finessed it and refined it for his own bodybuilding.
