Alex Castellanos: I've worked with a lot of golfers and it was always funny to me when a golfer would come off the golf course, they'd be like, Oh, I shot a 71. And so I started having golfers create an expectation scorecard where they would create five expectations that they'd have for a round. They were the expectations we always went to as process expectations. He says there's something to be said for setting these expectations that shape your beliefs about what's possible.Castellanos: Expectations can also be high level goals or high level standards where we're constantly working toward.
