Are You a Galetarian?

Five of the six most galetarian countries in the world. Low power distance means that we don't defer to the boss so much. I gallitarian is equality amongst the team. In america, you know, somebody in the mail room would have no problem calling out read hastings or jeff basus and saying, this is stupid. That's our culture in America. But when you start working with dutch people or swedish people or danish people, you start seeing, oh, i thought we were a galaterian in the u.S., but actually we are really focused on pleasing the boss....
