We Need More Police Officers of Character

i was just pulled over by some police officers yesterday. They were, i was quick chalk, and then they saw me. I get it that we're all pissed off with police right now. This is about the primary duty of a police officer. It's not to give out speeding tickets when you're hiding behind an overpass. Your priority is not to go home. And there are many, many instances here of cops abdicating duty...It's not in line with what training should be. You do need to clean ranks far as ha shitty cops.
