And we in management, or if you're in a managebe position, you're not open to a negotiation when you're telling somebody to do something. You will bias towards suggestion then demand. Another thing that you probably do quite a bit, pete, though you may not notice that you do, is you explain why you do what you do. It's part and parcel of the expectation that they have in the work place too.
