How to Eat Healthy and Enjoy Your Food

In a frenetic society, you eat in order to live as opposed to live to eat. You can shovel spoonfuls or forkfuls of food and fill up your belly but it's more satisfying if you take the time to savor them. I don't think that people should consider healthy eating, avoiding food, quite the opposite. I think we should actually bake it in to our life, mindfully, and really try to find ways to enjoy it.
