Connor: As a team do we all understand what our roles responsibilities are and as a manager am I making it clear to my team. of the technical detail can actually often be a benefit because then you get a fresh perspective from somebody who isn't super close to that, he says. It really depends on the on the kind of the role in your path responsibilities in the team but generally speaking sure you definitely want to be keeping a reasonable table what's going on Connor: "If we're all engineers at heart then most of this comes naturally to us anyway because we love it"
