What if Your Client Comes to Calls and Has Nothing to Coach On?

A few weeks ago we talked about how awareness is important when things aren't going well and equally important when they are working. This week's episode focuses on what to do when your client comes to you with nothing to coach on, but it's kind of the opposite situation where they're killing it. What if they just don't know how to do what you're asking them to do because they've just never learned? Just consider that. Ask yourself if this is possible, if you're expecting them to have a skill that they don't have.
