Job Is a Righteous Man

Job, like many of us, expected that there should be some kind of reciprocity in his dealing with god. Job is afflicted by various sufferings and tragedies despite being a righteous man coming out of a tribal honor culture. And so finally, t the end of the book, after this ruined man, poor job, is left covered in sores, all his cattle and sheep and goats and goods taken away, sitting in a pile of ashes where his house used to be. God comes on the scene. He tells job that he's right. He doesn't deserve any of this. But what gave job or any idea that deserve has anything to do with what happens to any one or anything
