When you say that the wheels came off, you are saying that something failed or didn't go according to the plan. Just imagine riding on a train or in a car and then suddenly one of the wheels comes off. At that point, there is going to be a pretty big accident. It is impossible to avoid an accident when the wheels come off. That's right, there is very little or indeed no option for recovery.
