Is Periodization for Hypertrophy a Complimentary Model?
Studies that have been meta analyzed, and the vast majority of medaanalized studies are looking at enhancing strength or power. They're programs designed to increase one r m strength in most cases,. Or they're not explicitly designed to be a periodized model for hypertrophy. So it's a very different ball game. And i think for that reason, we need a more simpler definition of what is hyper-puritization.
