The Limitation of What the United States Can Offer to Its Allies

Saudi Arabia took the lead in sanctioning and restricting Chinese tech two three years ago right so they're a really obedient client state when it comes to the United States. I think there is maybe a limitation to what the United States can offer some of its quote unquote allies right now vis-a-vis a China, says Peter Bergen.
