Twitter's Lawyers Fired Back on Elon Musk's Fake Accounts Claim.
Twitter filed a lawsuit to force elon musk to honor the forty four billion dollar agreement. Twitter's lawyers said musk's claims were pretexts and lack any merit. They argued musk was trying to back out of deal rather than bear cost in text stocks. Musk texted taylor, the chairman of twitter's board, saying purging fake users could only be done if twitter was a private company because it would make the numbers look terrible.
