"There's definitely an exhale and some things need to kind of fall apart a little bit," she says. "We think that low periods, low energy, bad outcomes in terms of our work or poor outcomes, equality that we're not happy with shouldn't happen." She adds: "It's such a weird double standard. We hold for ourselves,. like everyone else can make mistakes ... Everyone else can have a disappointing month... It's not me"
