Fear and Anxiety

There's no situation that's made better by a cold, sort of nand. I think what i do have is a fear of something i didn't expect being my dissolution. And i get into a certain kind of magical thinking where it's like, oh, well, that happene, and now this is going to happen. You can't be in a straight up panic tack for 15 days. That's just not going you're not going to be able to. It at least feels good to be here right now,. which is to say, sick and miserable but also not out of control.
