The Unfinished Steak Is a Sign of an Interruption Into the Dinner
Rob Moniz was last seen by a neighbor leaving his Westerville, Ohio home at 930 p.m. July 16th, 1996. His 1995 Pontiac Firebird was found unoccupied in the lot near Hoover Dam two days later and he's reported missing. Police say they have a suspect but quote, we have absolutely zero evidence of any criminal acts at this point. The man had worked for nine years operating heavy equipment at Smith and Associates excavating.
