What's the Pessimistic Scenario?
In five years, there should be sufficient proof of concept. Over the next one to two years, we expect several major charter citis projects to be announced. The first hundred thousand person city? Probably in 15 or so years. A pessimistic scenario is basically anregional war with china and a massive rise in interest rates. And that thekind of reginal confit doesn't keep me up at night. I don't actually know how to think about it or account for it.
