The Differences Between CMOS Sensors and Digital Cameras
The individual sensor that's processing this photo is like is this pixel green or how green should this pixel be. And it they start talking to each other about nearby cells is like, okay, if I saw some green here, but none of my neighbors saw any green at an individual pixel level, there's probably a noise reading and we want to smooth out and get rid of some of that green. So even down the most basic level of how like a CMOS sensor takes a picture of a photo or makes incoming light into a photo, it's doctoring it as well.
