i'm curious about a younger generation increasingly getting involved early managing their own assets from and obviously it's going to play out in terms of the number of assets you are seeing. We're seeing explosive growth though what you're seeing is this massive shift inside the industry right so you think about the traditional wire house firms 15 years ago they had over 50 percent of all the revenue done in wealth management that's now in the high 30s. That market share has gone independent under 40 advisors overwhelmingly want to be at an independent firm.
