The Role of Muscle Strength in Bone Health

Lifting heavy where we're pulling on the ends of bones where the muscles are attached has been shown to positively impact on bone that's beautiful so if anyone listening isn't yet a convert to strengthening conditioning I think there's some good good points being made here. Peter the perceptions about I was interested through a paper you're involved with over your your academic career regarding the perception of the master's athlete and how tired they were musculosaunus etc was very much a factor on how well they did or didn't recover. And from a physio point of view it's if we want to try and help bone health on a non medication front which sometimes is still required then lifting heavy staying
