Deliberate Self-Injury Is a Psychiatric Condition, Right?
This one didn't this one get a lot of attention that deliberately self-injury may be driven by or I got comments by quite a few people, but not in terms of views on the CCC. This specific studies show that basically systemic inflammation, which they measure is the ratio of neutrophils to lymphocyte and also the platelets lymphocytes were highly predictive of a future self-harm event. And if you look at the platelets count, this is basically something that's driven by estrogen and serotonin. That's another way of saying that estrogen and serotonin are predictive of future self- harm. But guess what? Guess what raises the number of lymphocytes? Endotoxemia
